Robert Zemeckis' new film, Beowulf is generating some buzz around the net... it's an all CG flick starring Angelina Jolie, Anthony Hopkins, Robing Wright Penn and more.

The restricted trailer has been posted at the movie's website http://www.beowulfmovie.com/ featuring Angelina Jolie in all her computer generated naked glory.

The movie looks pretty slick - I'm certainly interested but the shiny CG people kinda freak me out. Watching this trailer, and knowing what realistic CG effects we're capable of - I just can't help but wonder why wouldnt they just shoot this completely live action?

Seems all the juveniles over at Digg just creamed their jeans.

The still look really good. But when in motion, meh. I've seen better.
