Apparently we haven't had enough Matrix knockoffs. I'd be upset but Angelina Jolie just looks so good in this trailer it's hard to hate on it. Hell, I'm sure I've sat through worse! In fact I know have - maybe it won't be as bad as it looks.
Wanted is afterall, directed by Nightwatch's Timur Bekmambetov. Nightwatch was cool and fresh feeling but it was so over the top it was almost too much. I haven't been able to sit all the way through it a 2nd time. Seeing that this is Timur's big budget American debut however - I feel like I expected more from him but we'll have to wait to see the film for a final judgement.
